Hyperdilute Radiesse

$750/treatment (face=1 treatment area)

What Is Hyperdilute Radiesse?

Hyperdilute Radiesse is a biostimulatory injectable treatment that involves diluting Radiesse (a calcium hydroxylapatite filler) with saline and lidocaine. This creates a thinner consistency that stimulates collagen production rather than adding instant volume, making it ideal for skin tightening, texture improvement, and overall rejuvenation.

Benefits of Hyperdilute Radiesse:

Boosts collagen and elastin production for firmer, more youthful skin
Improves skin texture and elasticity
Reduces fine lines, crepey skin, and mild sagging
Enhances hydration and overall skin quality
Long-lasting results

Best Treatment Areas:

- Neck & Décolletage (tightens crepey skin)
- Hands (reduces wrinkles & restores volume)
- Face (improves elasticity & fine lines)
- Arms, knees, and abdomen (tightens sagging skin)

What to Expect:

  • Procedure Time: 30-45 minutes, with numbing if needed

  • Minimal swelling or bruising, subsides in a few days

  • Gradual results appear over 3-6 months as collagen production increases

  • Best results after 1-3 sessions, 3-6 months apart, depending on skin condition

Aftercare Instructions for Hyperdilute Radiesse

First 24-48 Hours:

Massage the treated area for 3 minutes, 3 times per day, for 3 days.
Mild swelling, redness, or bruising is normal and should subside within a few days.
Do NOT use a cold compress. This can harden Radiesse
Stay hydrated to support collagen stimulation and overall skin health.
Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and blood thinners to minimize swelling.
Sleep with your head elevated (if treated on the face, neck, or décolletage) to reduce swelling.

First Week:

Avoid strenuous exercise, excessive heat (saunas, steam rooms, hot tubs), and direct sun exposure.
Use gentle skincare—avoid harsh exfoliants, chemical peels, or retinoids for at least one week.
Wear SPF 30+ daily to protect the skin and enhance results.

Long-Term Care:

Results develop gradually over 3-6 months as collagen builds and elastin tightens.
Follow up with your provider for maintenance treatments (typically needed every 6-12 months).
Continue good skincare habits (hydration, sun protection, and collagen-boosting skincare).

Sculptra

2 Session Package; $1,500

4 Session Package: $2,500

What is Sculptra?

It is an injectable cosmetic treatment that works differently from traditional dermal fillers. Instead of instantly adding volume with a gel (like hyaluronic acid fillers do), Sculptra is made from poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) — a biocompatible, biodegradable synthetic material that’s been safely used in medical products for decades.

Here’s how it works:

  • Stimulates your own collagen production – The PLLA particles act as a gentle irritant, prompting the skin’s natural repair process.

  • Gradual, natural results – Over weeks to months, new collagen replaces lost facial volume.

  • Long-lasting – Effects can last 2–3 years, much longer than most HA fillers, because you’re actually building your own collagen.

  • Typical uses – Restoring fullness to cheeks, temples, jawline, and nasolabial folds; improving skin texture; and even non-surgical buttock enhancement.

Treatment process:

  • Usually done in a series of 2–4 sessions, spaced about 4–6 weeks apart.

  • Swelling may be visible immediately after injection, but this subsides in a few days — the true results develop gradually.

  • Aftercare often includes the “5-5-5 rule” (massage for 5 minutes, 5 times a day, for 5 days) to help distribute the product evenly.

Safety notes:

  • Common side effects: swelling, redness, tenderness, bruising.

  • Rare but possible: small lumps or nodules under the skin if the product isn’t massaged/distributed well.

  • Best for patients with healthy immune systems and realistic expectations.
