Aftercare Instructions for Hyperdilute Radiesse

First 24-48 Hours:

✔ Massage the treated area for 3 minutes, 3 times per day, for 3 days.
✔ Mild swelling, redness, or bruising is normal and should subside within a few days.
✔ Do NOT use a cold compress. This can harden Radiesse
✔ Stay hydrated to support collagen stimulation and overall skin health.
✔ Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and blood thinners to minimize swelling.
✔ Sleep with your head elevated (if treated on the face, neck, or décolletage) to reduce swelling.

First Week:

✔ Avoid strenuous exercise, excessive heat (saunas, steam rooms, hot tubs), and direct sun exposure.
✔ Use gentle skincare—avoid harsh exfoliants, chemical peels, or retinoids for at least one week.
✔ Wear SPF 30+ daily to protect the skin and enhance results.

Long-Term Care:

 It is an injectable cosmetic treatment that works differently from traditional dermal fillers. Instead of instantly adding volume with a gel (like hyaluronic acid fillers do), Sculptra is made from poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) — a biocompatible, biodegradable synthetic material that’s been safely used in medical products for decades.
