First 24 Hours:

✔ Stay hydrated to help the PRF work effectively.

✔ If treated for hair restoration, avoid wearing hats or tight headbands for the first day.
First 48-72 Hours:
✔ Mild swelling, redness, or bruising is normal and should subside within a few days.
✔ Avoid direct sun exposure, tanning beds, or harsh skincare treatments.
✔ Use gentle, non-irritating skincare if treated for facial rejuvenation.
✔ For scalp treatments, resume normal washing after 24 hours, using a gentle shampoo.
First Week & Beyond:
✔ Continue hydrating and eating a nutrient-rich diet to support collagen production.
✔ Use SPF 30+ daily to protect and enhance results.
✔ Avoid alcohol, smoking, and blood-thinning medications if possible, as they may slow healing.
